Dear diary,
I have a secret that I never want anyone to find out. I constantly worry that people will find out and I’m scared to see their reactions. My secret is that I self harm, and I have done so for a long, long time.
((I’m sorry, but this subject hits really close to home for me. I, personally, do not self harm, but I have had to help people out of doing it, or at least try, on many, many occasions. Please, if you ever feel the need to self-mutilate, find someone to talk to. Get help. I know it sounds cliche, but you’re not alone.))
